The department deals with management of musculoskeletal system injuries caused by external forces, severe falls, accidents and violent attacks among others.

- Manipulating and reducing fracture and dislocations
- Fixing and removing casts, bandages, external fixtures from patients
- Correction of club foot) through serial casting.
Counselling and advising patients/clients on management of casts, bandages and external fixtures
