NeuroGAP-P II Study at MNTRH
Today,MNTRH hosted a team from the Broad Institute under the GINGER program. This visit supports our collaboration under the NeuroGAP-P II Study, advancing mental health research and genomics in Africa.The GINGER program, part of the NeuroGAP-P II Study at MNTRH, builds capacity in blended genomics exome sequencing across Africa. It enables local experts to perform genetic analyses on study samples, promoting innovation in neuropsychiatric genetics.The GINGER team toured various clinics, including NeuroGAP-P II data collection sites, to observe operations and discuss future collaborations.We appreciate this engagement and anticipate further advancements in mental health through research.
