National Commission for Science, Technology, and Innovation (NACOSTI) delegation visits Mathari National Teaching and Referral Hospital.

A delegation of eight (8) experts and secretariat members from the National Commission for Science, Technology, and Innovation (NACOSTI) visited Mathari National Teaching and Referral Hospital to assess the readiness of the Institutional Scientific and Ethics Review Committee (ISERC) for accreditation. During the visit, the NACOSTI team outlined the objectives of the assessment, while the Chairperson of the proposed MNTRH ISERC provided a comprehensive overview of the committee's background and justification information. Following the presentations, the team conducted a tour of the hospital facilities.

The CEO of Mathari National Teaching and Referral Hospital extended appreciation to the NACOSTI team for their visit and reaffirmed the hospital's commitment to meeting the requirements for the ISERC accreditation. The CEO also expressed a request for continued support from NACOSTI in advancing the accreditation process and ensuring the committee's successful establishment.
