Mathari National Teaching and Referral Hospital, led by Chief Executive Officer Dr. Julius Ogato, accompanied by Head of Clinical Services Dr. Victoria Wamukhoma and other hospital staff, paid a courtesy call to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic Affairs, at the University of Nairobi.

The visit centered on strengthening the ongoing partnership between the hospital and the University in the area of postgraduate training in Psychiatry. Discussions highlighted the mutual commitment to enhancing academic collaboration, clinical training, and capacity building to advance mental health care and education in Kenya.
