The above Department is tasked with ensuring the prudent management of financial resources within the Hospital. Its main responsibility is to advise the Accounting Officer on financial management matters, encompassing budget planning, preparation, implementation, and resource mobilization.

- Budget Planning.
- Budget Preparation and Resource Mobilization.
- Budget Implementation.
- Appropriations-in-Aid.
- Implement policies, strategies, procedures, standards, and guidelines for providing accounting services in the Hospital.
- Undertake billing and revenue collection.
